Stop Smoking

If you are a smoker, you’re not doing your teeth any favors. The nicotine and tar in cigarettes and cigars not only will turn your teeth yellow, but they also work to destroy your gums. Getting rid of this bad habit sooner rather than later will result in a healthier smile in the long run.
